The world feels real and is “meticulously” crafted down to even small details. The voice acting is serviceable and the story, while not overly compelling at this point, is definitely interesting. The developers are looking to add more interactivity to the currently created chapters and given how immersive it currently is, adding even more interactivity will definitely make the experience even better. For ~$10 USD, this is a great pick up for fans of walking simulators, point and click games, and hidden object games. “Who is Abby” welcomes players to partake in its developmental journey during the Early Access stage.
The game is a walking simulator with tiny elements of an adventure game. This means you will be hunting for hints and exploring locations.
When you inspect important objects, they are automatically collected. They always have a defined purpose, so you know where they go. If you have the correct item, simply hold the button and the game will do the rest. Early access is typically most visible in graphics. According to the current state of the game, the game is striving for extremely detailed and rich settings. There are distinctive objects everywhere, and they help to make settings seem real. You’re stuck with preset settings. When the settings are changed to ultra, the game slows to a crawl. Who Must Die
High settings, on the other hand, produce regular framerates and allow the game to run smoothly. The game is a little slow with better graphics, so it takes a second for them to appear, especially when you’re running. Overall, the game uses low textures even when you’re playing on high. Objects with writing on them are typically of poor quality. This also includes notes that are difficult to read because there’s no option to display text. In these games, invisible walls are common. However, they must be fixed here. The first place has a fence through which you can go to the end of the map.
The first two stages are fine. The forest might be challenging because you must run back and forth while searching for and using items.
Because the game does not tell you what to do or place waypoints, you may find yourself wandering aimlessly. And the last big issue occurs in the third stage where the house you explore has broken lightning. You need to find many items, but as you get closer to the walls, the screen turns dark. The stage is barely playable because you’re essentially moving the mouse around in the dark and hoping for something to get highlighted. I’m not sure how much content there is beyond this point because I wasn’t able to finish the stage. The camera positioning is unusual. We Who Are About To Die
When you look down, you can see your body, but the camera is mounted on top of your head, so you can see your own nose. Another minor problem is item duplication when inspecting something fast. This results in the creation of another similar thing in the world, which may be of a different size. Current Content: Begin the game’s intricate story by navigating through the prologue and the subsequent three chapters. Providing an introduction to Tom’s quest, setting the foundation for the evolving mystery. This game is pretty good.
Narrative-Driven Gameplay: Combining the elements of walking simulators with the interactivity of classic point n click adventures
enter into a world meticulously crafted both in visual detail and narrative depth. Immerse yourself into a multi-chapter story line that keeps you guessing at every turn. Experience a gripping story centred around Tom’s relentless search for Abby. What secrets await? It has voice actin’ and a very intriguing story. We’re on the search for Abby. No idea who she is but our main character is bent on trackin’ her down. Voice acting is great and the environments are very pretty. Puzzles tend to rely on some backtracking, unfortunately. Despite that, I can give this a cautious recommendation. Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus
And because it’s an early access, it means it’s still being in production and even the existing content might face some changes along the way. An indie game with AAA graphics and an interesting story. Voice acting is pretty good, and there’s loads and loads of detail. Tons of things are interactive and often have different reactions each time you examine them. I think I’m about half way through but having a blast! Absolutely Recommended! Feedback Welcomed: Being in Early Access allows us to gather invaluable player feedback. We encourage players to share their insights and experiences.

HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF ANY GAME
Check the in-game settings and see if you can change it there. If not, continue down below. You might have to try and use Google Translate to figure out the in-game menus.
– Steam Games –
A) Changing a video game’s language by editing .ini files can vary depending on the game you are trying to modify. However, here are some general steps you can follow:
-
-
- Find the game’s .ini file. This file is usually located in the game’s installation folder or in your documents folder.
- Open the .ini file using a text editor like Notepad or Notepad++.
- Look for a line that specifies the language of the game. This line may be labeled as “Language” or “Localization”, and it may have a two-letter code (such as “EN” for English, “FR” for French, etc.).
- Change the two-letter code to the code for your desired language. You can find a list of language codes online.
- Save the changes you made to the .ini file and close the text editor.
- Launch the game and verify that the language has been changed to your desired language.
-
It’s important to note that not all games will allow you to change the language by editing the .ini file. In some cases, you may need to use a third-party tool or modify other files in order to change the language. Also, modifying game files can potentially cause issues or errors with the game, so it’s always a good idea to make a backup of any files you plan to modify.
If not, look for a “language” or “account_name” text file that you can edit. (If not in the game folder, try C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ SteamEmu Saves\settings). Save and open the game again.
– GOG Games –
B) . Same steps as Steam games except instead of .ini files, look for .info files
If these steps don’t work, then the files for the language you are looking for might not be included. We only check for English here.
