This review is based on the little introduction given; while it’s fantastic to see the PJO universe adapted for an adult audience, it gets rather tiresome when they just copy everything from Innocent Witches. We would hope that they changed the gameplay to ensure that the comparisons are limited, but nope, they replicated every UI element and layout from IW, and even the “ghostly” assistant from IW is present in this game. The reason the art style is exactly the same as IW could be that they enlisted the assistance of the original artist, so ignoring that is difficult. Perhaps the story is different so far, but nope.

There, they hope to have sexual relations with everyone and discover that they have no authority in their work. Oh, and the girls there despise the MC because of a combination of perversity and bad timing. This is a classic anime harem start. I adore every piece of art; the developer has a great eye for detail. Though the content is obviously quite basic, you can tell it was designed with meticulous attention to detail. The entire art direction is well-done, and the animations are fluid. Before this game, I’d never given support to anything on Patreon. I’d say that’s a positive indicator because the opening loading screen of this game is better designed than the initial releases of some other games I’ve played. I’ll start by stating the obvious: this is SO obviously inspired by Innocent Witches that I had to make sure it wasn’t built by the same people.
Inspiration and Execution: Balancing Similarities and Originality.
To be honest, I’m still not sure if this isn’t just the same folks doing business under a different name. There are worse games to imitate, and everything so far is done so nicely that nothing feels cheesy, so I wouldn’t worry too much about the story, setup, or artwork paralleling each other too closely. The Percy Jackson Universe’s setting is effective, particularly if you are aware of it; otherwise, there isn’t much to be gained from the encounter. So far, no prior knowledge of the world is required.

The artwork is exquisitely crafted, and the previews of the H scenes thus far indicate potential for engaging scenarios, respectable animations, and more. Another benefit is that each character is rather unique, so chances are good you’ll discover at least one that suits your needs. For what it is and how it has chosen to begin, overall, it really couldn’t have done better. I hope this initiative is carried out to the end. Nice graphics and at last, a Percy Jackson universe.
