The Mute House Video Game Free Download Repacklab For the past months, strange disappearances have been reported in Ashtown and its surroundings. After her own sister vanished, a county policewoman decides to conduct a personal investigation without the approval of the Sheriff’s office. The Mute House is one of the better recent Survival Horror entries I have played, with some caveats… Firstly it should come as no surprise that the Spencer Mansion has been ripped off again, however the environments are incredibly reminiscent. of RE1 Remake, and look great (albeit a little to clean for my liking and bright – there’s a flashlight and I barely used it if at all), overall music and sound effects were well-done. All the fundamental classic Survival Horror mechanics are there, and should come as no surprise for those familiar with the genre. However there’s a distinct lack of any sort of map and I often found myself needlessly backtracking because I forgot where a room was located, why the dev didn’t think to implement a map is beyond me. No save items/consumables* which is fine in some respects.

Environments looked good, NPCs are a little rough but still decent and the women are actually attractive.

I don’t dislike those systems but I also don’t need them Keyboard rebinds You can pet the cat but the dev is clearly going for the old school approach so why they didn’t implement that either kind of confuses me, this also means you’re limited to one overall save slot. Storage boxes aren’t linked either, but honestly wasn’t a huge issue, the game doesn’t hold your hand by announcing this, so you would be forgiven to think they are linked like Resident Evil for example. The boss segments were implemented badly in my view, with the first being littered with ammo boxes (dead giveaway) and taking an absurd amount of ammo to kill. Another being in an incredibly tight room, whilst fighting the camera angles added with an instant-death mechanic made it annoying, I also inadvertently shot a gas cylinder that I just assumed was part of the environment which killed me instantly…

fun puzzles, combat is an upgrade (though a minor thing, the free aim mech is great) from the OG RE games. Casual friendly – infinite saves, plenty of ammo (if you can aim), fair amount of heals. There is harder diffs to my understanding, nice. Big emphasis on inventory management – limited pocket space and storage space. There is no map currently, so exploration and memory are important. An old school Survival Horror worn by fixed camera angles, focused on atmosphere and exploration with : It’s a game made with passion, and you can feel it. Puppet House

Despite some frustrating passages, the game remains excellent, with worked graphics that take us back to the era of Resident Evil Rebirth. THE MUTE HOUSE is an entertaining nostalgia trip back to the early days of survival horror genre complete with fixed camera angles, somewhat clunky controls and a fairly good amount of puzzles. That being said it is a game with hefty amount of jank and no hand holding so your mileage may vary depending on your tolerance to those things. The Mute House is a brand new fixed-camera third person classic survival horror game from solo developer December Blues Games.

It is an impressive debut effort, with rich detailed graphics akin to games like Tormented Souls, and some seriously terrifying moments. But what makes the game stand out most is its hauntingly somber tone and some very challenging (but fair) puzzles. What immediately struck me – and only continued to impress – is the game’s atmosphere. It is legitimately terrifying at certain moments, and there’s a noticeable shift in energy as you progress through the game. Its use of shadows often let my imagination run wild, spurred on by some seriously creepy sound work that I can only compare to the recent Silent Hill 2. The Bathhouse Restored Edition 

Organize yourself effectively to progress. Puzzles You will have to solve puzzles inspired by the golden age of Survival Horror. Be logical and thoughtful to access new areas of the mansion. Action components Every bullet counts and danger lurks in every corner of the house. Optimize your gear accordingly and defend yourself against the creatures that inhabit it. The game takes its horror very seriously, and you won’t find much Resident Evil b-movie corniness here. The gameplay itself is somewhat of a mixed bag. At times it can feel a little bit walking sim-esque, similar to last year’s Hollowbody.
