The main protagonist that shouldn’t be killed lest there be a game over would be the hero that the player actively chooses in the beginning. There are three heroes to start with, and they are all decently unique from one another. The uniqueness doesn’t last however, as after more heroes are unlocked, there are an overlap of some powers. Another issue is that each hero doesn’t have unique cards. Every hero can unlock the cards of every other hero meaning that the built-in powers are the only reason to choose a particular hero.
Strategically Build Your Own Party
Excluding bosses, each and every monster you encounter during your adventure can be recruited to your party. Recruit monsters with skills that have caused you trouble so you can do the same thing to the next opponent you meet in battle. As with heroes, you can upgrade your monsters’ skills by collecting treasure. HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF A ANY GAME
1. Check the in-game settings and see if you can change it there. If not, continue down below. You might have to try and use Google Translate to figure out the in-game menus.

2a. Look for an .ini file in the game folder or subfolders. Could be called something like steam_emu.ini, steamconfig.ini, etc., but check all the .ini files. There should be a line for language/nickname that you can edit in notepad. If not, look for a “language” or “account_name” text file that you can edit. (If not in the game folder, try C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ SteamEmu Saves\settings). Save and open the game again.
