Dos Arracachas Games released a new game called Between Beasts and the version is 0.1.1 Alpha. The game’s story is about Between beasts is a furry visual novel focused in +18 content, here, after a “tragic” accident in your town, you will be transported to a very weird world where you can meet, date and fuck a very wide variety of characters. Keep looking into this new world. Why are you here? How did you get here? All this answers, and mainly, beautifull and sexy characters, are waiting for you!!!

What’s new:
- Main story progression event. If you meet all the conditions, returning to your home at night will trigger a special event.
- -Halloween special! There seems to be a crowd in the zoo at morning, what could it be??
- -Our first community character got implemented! To see her story, go to the park at the morning
Fixes:
- We fixed some problems with the park, including translations and other minor changes into the control scrips
Known Issues:
- Game gallery is a mess
- For now, the new sprites won’t be in the old gallery, we will put them in the public release.
- If you find any problem related to this old gallery please don’t report it, as we will definetly do a 100% rework of it for next update!
- Due to some misscalculations in the amount of content for this update, Roxanne’s story couldn’t be completed the way we wanted, so we will postpone her update as the highest priority after this release!
What’s coming next?
So, as many of you know already, the demo version 0.2 (The second release we did after appearing for the first time on itch.io) was pretty much horrible, and the first release put so much focus into the art… but not into the story. To be honest, we didn’t worry to much about narrative in those times, but now the things are different.
What we want to do for the next update, is to fix all the content that was poorly implemented in demo V0.2, and mix the new narrative nexus and all the feedback that we have received from all of you into the narrative of the Demo V0.1. So, for the Alpha V 0.2, we won’t be putting new content into the game (Except for any character pack that must be implemented), but we will do a lot of adjustments to Alexa and Nora’s story, and overall the whole game. This
adjustments will include:
- Redoing the gallery
- Reworking dialogs from Demo V0.2 downwards
- Redrawing all the scenes with a canine… thing
- Fixing the minigames interaction system and adding a skip button
- Reworking Nora’s story
- Visual adjustment on the city map to make it less green and more… yeah, city like jeje
- Thinking in some way to optimize the game, as it’s growing dangerously big in MB

Sexual content!
Although this is a demo, there are plenny of sex escenes into the game right now, some of them are pretty simple, and a couple may be… intense?
Gameplay!
BB is an interactive visual novel, it has a couple of simple minigames and sistems that try to make the concept a little bit fresher, but dont worry, you will still go straigh to the point in most of the dialogs
Developer note:
BB is currently in development, this is our first demo and we will continue developping the game no matter what, neverless, we still have to be clear that this proyect is not, at least for now, our main job; we need to eat, and for that, we have other jobs (not very funn but yeah, we all know adult life works like that).
The moment we can live from our own proyects we will quit our current jobs and spend full time developping BB and… other cool stuff we have in mind. But for now we can only develope this proyect and all the future ones in our free time. Anyway, we will try our best to bring fresh and good content to the game even if its not our main income source!!!
