At first glance, Chef RPG plays a lot like a variation of Traveller’s Rest. REPACKLAB.COM SEXY GAMES
with some sprinklings of what you’d expect from Stardew Valley. Instead of running a tavern in medieval times you run a restaurant in a semi-modern seaside cyberpunk themed town. In addition, the player is able to engage in the relationship building activities you’d expect in a casual cozy game about life in a small town. Given the player starts out running a restaurant instead of inheriting a farm
There are attributes and skills to further enhance the capabilities of the player.
when it comesto gathering ingredients and resources as well as running their restaurant and interacting with the various NPCs of the town (some of which include androids!). This is a nice way to allow players to progress in a specific direction based on how they want to approach the game. much of your initial produce and other food ingredients will come from hunting, fishing, gathering, and trade with the shops and vendors in the town. However. Chefs Together
as the story progresses, there are opportunities to grow your own produce via greenhouse. Will you become a master chef and create the most delicious dishes for your customers? Perhaps become a brave adventurer and impress your customers with rare ingredients? Or maybe, create a network of friends and grow your business through charisma and influence? The choice is yours.
The art style and design is amazing, the gameplay loop is addictive and fun, the variation in dishes is great. The map is vast and packed with things to do.
Honestly, it’s a breath of fresh air in the pixel genre. No daily farming until later in the game should you choose to unlock the greenhouse, and even that’s optional. No real responsibilities so if you want to just fish for a day, then gather the next, then go on a date the next, your restaurant can sit vacant and no one is the wiser. Progressing quests definitely led to more enjoyment as it unlocks more stuff to do in general, and they weren’t hard to do or hopelessly inconvenient. Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator
It just needs a little more work and a little more polish. There are a few bugs here and there with sound. Navigation with quests can be difficult as NPCs and quests are not marked on the map from what I can see. Some of the NPCs feel a bit disjointed. My arrows seem to pass through all the animal sprites unless I’m lucky enough to hit their tiny hitbox which seems odd considering how massive they are on the screen. Would love to see that fixed.
Chef RPG A feature to pin quest to the live-screen. Just so we don’t need to go to the menu just to look at what’s the next quest would be.
Clear warning that the character is exhausted. My character collapsed twice already in a span of 5 hours gameplay. First, I was hunting, and when I tried to hit the prey, I just collapsed. The energy mechanic wasn’t explained before hand. I learned from that but the second time, I was preparing meals in the restaurant and I realized there’s a vibration that I am somehow losing HP or whatever that animation is. I thought I can still survive the last remaining orders since my HP is still long. Chef: A Restaurant Tycoon Game
I did not survive it hence, I collapsed again. What does the animation mean? I have no energy, kept going and still alive, and yet I collapsed at some point, not knowing why and not see my arrows quite literally sitting underneath the animals mocking me while they chase me down, intent on bringing death. Also, sometimes you just won’t have any story quests, on those days, just do what you want to do and then progress time to get further in.

HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF A ANY GAME
1. Check the in-game settings and see if you can change it there. If not, continue down below. You might have to try and use Google Translate to figure out the in-game menus.
– Steam Games –
2a. Look for an .ini file in the game folder or subfolders. Could be called something like steam_emu.ini, steamconfig.ini, etc., but check all the .ini files. There should be a line for language/nickname that you can edit in notepad. If not, look for a “language” or “account_name” text file that you can edit. (If not in the game folder, try C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ SteamEmu Saves\settings). Save and open the game again.
– GOG Games –
2b. Same steps as Steam games except instead of .ini files, look for .info files
If these steps don’t work, then the files for the language you are looking for might not be included. We only check for English here.
