Mighty handy: boost your cards to pack a more powerful punch and synergize their buffs with different items and mechanics. Deepest Chamber: Resurrection has gone through a metamorphosis as of late. Maintaining it’s unique art style, it adds some of the most enjoyable and standout rogue-like deck building game mechanics yet. A good grim deckbuilder. Its main selling points are its cool, distinctly morose visuals and a unique boost system where synergy is mostly based on the position of cards in your hand. I’ve seen reviews stating that the synergy system.
Balancing Act: The hero party system allows players to enlist three out of six possible champions at the start of their run.
Each hero has cards, abilities and equipment dedicated to their class, adding an extra layer of planning and strategy with each descent. Alongside a lot of the best of other games, it adds the boost mechanic. The boot mechanic incredibly fun, completely transforming the game into one where not only the cards but their position in your hand matter. Run for your lives: Apart from regular runs, in which heroes retain some of the loot won on previous descents, players can employ Death March mode, in which equipment stats are ignored, for an even more ruthless experience. Darkest Dungeon
Picked this up after liking the art style an because I like playing card games thought this would be a nice fit into the collection of games I play including Nitro Kid, Fights in Tight Spaces, Beneath Oresa, Or Draft of Darkness. Deepest Chamber is a Dungeon Diving Card game where you control a party of Three Adventurers out of a total of 7 characters 4 of which you unlock later on. They’ll have there own ways to unlock but for now you play a warrior, a cleric and a Sorcerer. You pick different areas on a map in a roguelike setting either a fight or a event will happen with every turn before combat allowing you to upgrade 1 card in deck.
Ruins explorer: Uncover secrets while exploring the depths and find hidden areas, rare cards, powerful relics and elite monsters.
A good cardgame with a nice twist. Cards to the side of the card played react to the played card by gaining a charge. Charges improve the cards. So in this game the order in which you play cards not only effects the opponent, but also your own possibilities! First off, if you go into this game expecting it to have intricate card synergies or the same level of depth as Griftlands, Vault of the Void, Magic the Gathering or even Roguebook and Tainted Grail… you’re going to be disappointed. On the contrary, this is a fast-paced / quick-fire deckbuilding roguelike that’s made more in the vein of casual titles. Protocol Aftertime
such as Night of Full Moon, Fate Hunters or Dreamgate… albeit with its own added layer of depth and complexity to set it apart and make it unique. The solid and stable UI suits the casual nature of the game very well and, instead of cards bumping against each other, the developers have put in the extra effort in the graphics department and included combat involving 3D fleshed-out creatures with nice and fluid animations wrapped in a magnificent dark-fantasy art-style (a la Tainted Grail). Keywords are easy-to-understand and nicely explained while progress comes in the form of unlocking cards.
Really good game. The concept of boosting is unique to this game and is really entertaining
The addition of equipment is very great and allows a feeling of progression, but can be disabled if you need more of a challenge. Fan of the fishing rod item and how it adds hidden content/events. Really hope more stuff like that is eventually added to the game good game so far, fast runs reminds me of some of the great aspects of the top card builders, and so far none of the negative aspects of it. love seeing the different card combinations i have gotten and potions/trinkets thus far, being able to change an intent and have an enemy whoop his buddy or debuff. Alan Wake 2
his buddy instead of me is also genius and hilarious to activate in a run. Cards being associated with party members is a nice little extra challenge I like how you choose multiple paths on the run. It makes you have to not only plan your battles but you entire game strategically. The inventory Items make a difference but also don’t feel game breaking. The balance seems good, although many have complained about the difficulty. I have found the balance steady as it go’s, but I’m at the second highest difficulty after 2 days.

HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF ANY GAME
Check the in-game settings and see if you can change it there. If not, continue down below. You might have to try and use Google Translate to figure out the in-game menus.
– Steam Games –
A) Changing a video game’s language by editing .ini files can vary depending on the game you are trying to modify. However, here are some general steps you can follow:
-
-
- Find the game’s .ini file. This file is usually located in the game’s installation folder or in your documents folder.
- Open the .ini file using a text editor like Notepad or Notepad++.
- Look for a line that specifies the language of the game. This line may be labeled as “Language” or “Localization”, and it may have a two-letter code (such as “EN” for English, “FR” for French, etc.).
- Change the two-letter code to the code for your desired language. You can find a list of language codes online.
- Save the changes you made to the .ini file and close the text editor.
- Launch the game and verify that the language has been changed to your desired language.
-
It’s important to note that not all games will allow you to change the language by editing the .ini file. In some cases, you may need to use a third-party tool or modify other files in order to change the language. Also, modifying game files can potentially cause issues or errors with the game, so it’s always a good idea to make a backup of any files you plan to modify.
If not, look for a “language” or “account_name” text file that you can edit. (If not in the game folder, try C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ SteamEmu Saves\settings). Save and open the game again.
– GOG Games –
B) . Same steps as Steam games except instead of .ini files, look for .info files
If these steps don’t work, then the files for the language you are looking for might not be included. We only check for English here.
