Delicious Dungeon is a game where you, as a chef, have to get your restaurant running. The Dungeon:

Too busy to butcher your way through the dungeon? Hire the local adventure’s guild! They will gladly take it upon themselves to bring you the ingredients, for the right price (and maybe a complimentary dinner?) The Village:
You can’t have a restaurant without customers! Here, you can get to know your clientele, and do some impromptu market research: find out what they think of your restaurant, what foods they want to try, or what their favorite dishes are. You can also go to local vendors to improve your cooking utensils, or buy new spices, or hire helpers. All done for the day? souls-like combat with some difficult bosses at the end. So far I have not seen much dungeon variety in terms of different biomes (just one). There are however different weapons for you to choose from. QoL features are a nice add-on like buying missing veggies in a pinch while serving customers. Much like Recettear and Moonlighter before it, Delicious Dungeon melds together dungeon crawling combat and restaurant simulation which feed into each other.
