The combat is easy to understand the game is great to relax too. Honestly reminds me of dead bolt. Came for the art style and setting, stayed for the amazing soundtrack! take a gritty noir and more, toss in a bit of the supernatural and BOOM you have Pixel Noir. L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files
The game as it stands holds your hand heavily as it leads you through this story which can get a bit old and feels forced. But the graphics and style takes me back to my days of ShadowRunner on the SNES. Which was a great game for it’s day. I’ve run into a few bugs as would anyone during a early release game. Some broke the game. Others watched a npc float all the way off the map during a fight. which caused me to bust up.

Tune up your gear with modifications to fit your play style. .
Experiment with different mods and ammo types to deal varying types of damage and inflict status effects on enemies. Whether you prefer a technical approach or go in guns blazing, modifying your gear is key as you battle your way through the city. What the game doesn’t offer in terms of combat mechanics (JRPG-players will find combats quite simple), it provides more than triple in the story, world, intrigue and graphics. Also, not satisfied with just creating a very original and enjoyable JRPG. Hauma A Detective Noir Story
devs added a final fantasy-esque cards minigame. If we go a little deeper, on the good side : Unique visuals and setting Retro and stylish sound design Story is intriguing right from the beginning Investigation phases are fun Side quests are numerous without taking too much time Customizable guns (!!) Collectible Cards Minigame (!!!!) Combat system with ATB and movement delay. Looks a bit inspired by Grandia (always a good choice!)

HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF A ANY GAME
1. Check the in-game settings and see if you can change it there. If not, continue down below. You might have to try and use Google Translate to figure out the in-game menus.
– Steam Games –
2a. Look for an .ini file in the game folder or subfolders. Could be called something like steam_emu.ini, steamconfig.ini, etc., but check all the .ini files. There should be a line for language/nickname that you can edit in notepad. If not, look for a “language” or “account_name” text file that you can edit. (If not in the game folder, try C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ SteamEmu Saves\settings). Save and open the game again.
– GOG Games –
2b. Same steps as Steam games except instead of .ini files, look for .info files
If these steps don’t work, then the files for the language you are looking for might not be included. We only check for English here.
