The ceilings leak, the sinks are clogged, and is that blood on the wall?? To top it off, your step mom and step sister are coming to stay, and they aren’t paying rent. It’s expensive to run a dump like this!

Now, investment banker Randy Higglesbottom wants to buy the motel out from under you. You and your step family will be homeless, unless you can come up with $12,000 in 10 days. It’s a lot of money and not a lot of time, but fortunately, you have a couple great asses… assets.

Had a great response to the new demo these last few days. I recently updated it with a couple of quality of life changes, as well as cutting out all the stuff I didn’t use which shrunk the file 75%.
